Architectural presentation illustrations created for the Nikola development, commissioned through Bruketa&Žinić&Grey for Adriatica Estate Corp. The series translated architectural renders, site plans and client direction into warmer presentation visuals for meetings and marketing material, covering marina views, hotel zones, villas, streets, greenery and masterplan layouts.
